Provide support for all the subsidiary companies of Arrowhead Credit Union. These include an Insurance company, Trust company, and financial planning companies. Support them in network related issues, software, hardware, backups, antivirus, upgrades, vpn connections, asset mgmt, purchasing and all IT hardware/software solutions, help desk support, Microsoft Updates, Active Directory administration and group policy creation, software migration, and any technical support issues they may have. Cover around 15 buildings and 10 remote users, 10 servers, and 250 PC’s in the Inland Empire region.
